Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal — based on your consent, given when you submit the form and tick the consent box.
• To prevent spam, abuse and automated submissions — based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
• To comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations where a business relationship begins.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate the website and answer you:

• Enquiries that do not become projects: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Enquiries that become projects: kept for the duration of the relationship and as long as accounting and tax law requires.
• Security logs: kept for a short period, normally no more than 30 days.
• You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

How we protect it

The website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to enquiry data is limited to the team members who need it. Our forms are protected against automated abuse, and we review access periodically.
